Important Details

Before we get started, here are a few key things to keep in mind to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient moving experience:

🕒 Minimum Job Time

All jobs require a 2-hour minimum, even if the move is completed in less time.

⏳ Maximum Job Time

Most moves take around 4 hours to complete. If your move goes over this timeframe(or the 2-hour minimum if it's a short job), additional time will be billed unless our team arrives late.

🏢 Stairs & Surcharge

Moves that require stair access to the 3rd floor or above will include a $30 per person surcharge due to the added time and effort.

📦 Item Preparation

To protect your belongings:

  • Please ensure all items are properly packed and securely wrapped before our crew arrives.

  • We do not provide packing supplies, so please have them ready in advance.

🌧️ Weather Policy

We’re committed to working in most weather conditions. However, if weather presents a safety risk to our crew or your items, we may reschedule or delay service.

⚠️ Safety First

To help our crew work efficiently:

  • Please clear all walking paths of debris, pets, and obstacles.

  • Let us know about tight hallways or narrow stairwells in advance.

🚫 Items We Cannot Move

For safety and liability reasons, we do not move:

  • Pianos

  • Gun safes

  • Industrial equipment

  • Any other items that are extremely heavy or require specialized handling

📍 Local Moves – Within Utah

We offer full-service moving labor across the state of Utah.
This includes:

  • Loading and unloading your belongings

  • Driving your rented vehicle (U-Haul, Penske, Budget, etc.)

  • Completing the move from start to finish

You rent the truck, and we handle the rest — safely and efficiently.

🚚 Nearby Interstate Moves

For certain nearby out-of-state moves, such as locations in Wyoming, we may be able to accommodate full-service assistance (including driving your rented vehicle), depending on:

  • Total mileage

  • Availability of our crew

Contact us in advance to check if your destination qualifies.

🌎 Out-of-State Moves

For all other out-of-state relocations:

  • You rent and operate the moving vehicle

  • We provide loading at your current location and unloading at your destination

This keeps your move flexible while still giving you access to our expert labor at both ends.
